Students complete a physical puzzle based on a scientific poster about Bowhead Whales. Students then research the content of the poster and present their findings.

Few people are familiar with the fascinating stories that Arctic and Antarctic explorers have to share. Students will research an explorer and create a dangling string with key information and highlights from the expedition(s) of that explorer.

As an educator you can from select a variety of Pacific animals and track their location. Animals have been tagged by scientists and are being monitored. You will be able to use real and on going data for a multitude of classroom activities with your students.
