PHOTO CHALLENGE - WEEK SIX!
It's hard to believe my PolarTREC adventure is nearing an end. Sadly, this is the last photo challenge. So, in honor of this amazing adventure, I've asked - our now famous - photographers to send me their 'FAVORITE PHOTOS'.
And, I have to tell you... we've saved the best for last! It's going to be difficult to select from these submissions!
Again...before we get to the new PIC'S - you can still vote for the first five challenges:
- Week one - 'Flora Flicks'. This journal also tells you about the contest.

Results
Week one - 'FLORA FLICKS' - Photo number 103 has pulled into the lead.
Week two - '30 MINUTE FLICKS' - 203 is still in the lead.
Week three - 'PUP PIC'S' - 302 has come from behind.
Week four - 'HISTORIC HUTS' - we have a new leader 409.
Week five - 'SEAL FACES' - the top 2 were 506 and 503 (that one was mine - Yea!)

Voting
You - the voters - will need to submit your votes through the 'Ask the Team' section of my website - and feel free to ask a question while you are at it! Here are the procedures:
- Go to the 'Ask the Team' section of my web page: http://www.polartrec.com/forum/weddell-seals-in-the-ross-sea
- Click on the New Topic button.
- Enter the photo contest title in the Subject line. For example, 'FAVORITE PHOTOS'
- Enter your votes in the Body section - see sample below. Feel free to provide your name and/or school - if appropriate.
- Click the Send button. (Sometime it will ask for certain verifications).
If for some reason you can't get this to work, you can always e-mail your entry to me at aeilers [at] polartrec.com. Please remember to put the photo challenge topic in the subject.
