After a long day in the field, we need a comfy place to rest and The Nest provides that! It's located at the old Naval Arctic Research Laboratory, or NARL, outside Utqiagvik (Barrow). Here is a quick video tour! There are lots of different teams staying here, studying different things, like carbon emitted from the thawing permafrost and ornithology, or birds. One of the best things about staying here is getting to sit down and talk to them about their research.
