Just to let you all know that I am already getting ready for deployment at the IceCube NeutrinoAn elementary particle with zero charge and zero mass. An electrically neutral particle that is often emitted in the process of radioactive decay of nuclei. Neutrinos are difficult to detect, and their existence was postulated twenty years before the first one was actually discovered in the laboratory. Millions of neutrinos produced by nuclear reactions in the sun pass through your body every second without disturbing any atoms. Estimated arrival and departure dates on IceCube are January 6 to January 20. Things are now starting to pick up speed and full preparations are now under way for the expedition

Sólo una preve nota para avisarles que ya me estoy preparando para viajar al Observatorio de neutrinos IceCube, que está localizado junto a la estación científica Amundsen-Scott del polo Sur.
Las fechas estimadas de estadía en Icecube son entre el 6 de enero de 2015 y el 20 de enero de 2015. Ya las cosas se están moviendo más rápidamente y los preparativos para la expedición están encaminados.
Habrá posts nuevos cada semana hasta la expedición, a partir de lo cual se publicarán posts diarios.
