Hi Betty- Great journal. You have successfully mastered the PolarTREC journal entry.(I am still in the middle of the learning curve). Jackie was keping us informed with visa updates. What a relief to have it all work out.
It finally feels like the Arctic-- we are hovering around freezing with rains and wind for the past couple of days. Ice chunks surround the boat at times. Jackie and Lee have been working hard as chief scientists. Neither have stopped for very long.
