IceCube: In-ice Antarctic Telescope

Hi Casey!

I was very pleasantly surprised to find your video explaining about neutrinos, muons and the IceCube project. As a special ed. teacher I'm always thrilled to discover tools that simplify complicated information, and your video fit the bill. I'm actually meeting with Jack Lightbody tomorrow and feel that I have a great overview of this project...in terms that I understand. Thanks! Michele

thank you!  I really enjoyed making the video, and I wanted to make something to help simplify a very complicated idea.  I am looking forward to having students use this animation software (SAM Animation) for a project or two, I think they will have more fun with it than writing a lab report or some such... :)
I may try to use the same software for some videos and time-lapse photography while I am down at the South Pole as well!
