Do you have to always wear that gear everytime you go outside?  Or when do you mostly wear it?

When we are are outside on the aft deck of the ship, we are required to wear steel-toed boots and a Mustang suit for safety. A nice pair of insulated waterproof gloves are a must when working in areas that you could potentially get wet. A Mustang suit is an insulated, flotation coveralls. Plus, when the wind speed is over 20 knots, it is important to wear a neck gaiter with your stocking cap.
