Hi Mrs.Eubanks while I was looking the the journals I saw pictures and it looked like you all had so much fun my question is do you think since the sun doesnt come up as high as it does in florida does it make it colder there in Alaska?

Hi Alexandra,
Yes, I do think that this is the case for sure. But I also know from experience in Barrow, when the sun is out for 24 hours, it is still not all that hot out. There were times when it snowed or was super cold. So while yes, I think the sun not coming out as much and as high did affect the cooler weather, it is not the only factor- the angle and distance of the sun play a big role in that too.
