Hi, Nell!Good to hear from you! The weather in Toolik changes quickly! It was
59 degrees and sunny yesterday and it is quite cold and snowing now.
I've been grateful for all the layers Robbie sent me! I don't have a
PolarConnect event scheduled yet.

I just can't believe you got snow! The wind was HOWLING here in Denali last night, but no real precipitation. Hope summer comes back soon for you!

Although it snowed this morning, the sun came back this afternoon and it is supposed to be more summer-esque for a few days, according to the weather forcast posted in the dining hall!

I can't believe that you already have mosquitoes. It looked giant. I better make sure that bug shirt is nice and snug! I am going to head to the beach today with some friends and I'm thinking of bringing my Xtra Tuffs for some practice after your email! The journals are so great - keep it up!Nell
