5 May 2010 Workshop training on journals!

I am sitting in our training learning the journaling aspect of our expedition. This is a very important part of our training since it is our job to communicate the science and information for our expedition. Yesterday we went to a clothing warehouse to see and try on the clothing we will be issued for the expedition  (click HERE to visit warehouse website). I will be traveling to our field site on a boat so I will be wearing "mustang suits". They are full jump suits which will help you to survive if you fall out of the boat, into the water. It has straps on the ankle and wrist, it has floatation devices within and has a manually inflatable collar.

As you see, it is also very stylish!
