That looks like an amazing flood? What was the cause? I visited Punta Arenas in 1985 and remember having, as we called it. the 'best cannelonni at the end of the universe' in an awesome Italian bakery. It's quite a diverse place (or was). Hope you get some dry time to wander and enjoy the sights!
