July 31, 2011 what does everyone else do while we are out on the ice? Or my day with birds. I have learned that different countries are in different research stations. I also learned that animals help plants grow by fertilizing them with their feces. Another thing I learned is that the fledging is when chicks learn to fly. I found it interesting how they study the birds metabolism. They inject them with a special water. I also found it suprisiing how feces helps the plants grow. I still do not understand how injecting them with special water helps study them though.
