ANDRILL has established an immersion experience for science educators develop mechanisms and materials to connect ANDRILL with the public. The program provides science educators with an inside view of ANDRILL, engaging them in authentic Antarctic geoscience, and using their expertise in education to implement innovative approaches to geoscience education and public outreach. At Project Iceberg, you can follow ANDRILL, an international team of researchers in Antarctica and meet the ARISE team- 8 educators from the United States, Italy, Germany, and New Zealand, who are working with the scientists in Antarctica. They have videos, photos, blogs, and educational resources. Keep in touch as they investigate the secrets in the rocks beneath Antarctica's icy blanket.
