Great journal! Thanks for sharing on how all the logistics are coming together. It is amazing what scientists have to do to get ready for the field. These are the little known facts that most people don't know and/or don't think about until they see it in person! What's also amazing is that you'll probably use all that gear. Wait until you have to go grocery shopping. I was always the purchaser for food for field camps and it always amazed me how much food people can consume.
