why are the fish and animals under the ice so big?

Hey Martin,
I'm going to field this question as I know you meant it for the ROV team. Great question, and I guess scientists may have different hypotheses themselves. I can tell you this: 1) there is a higher oxygen content in the waters around Antarctica, so does that make things "grow" bigger? 2) Does it have to do with the 28 dgree water? 3) Does it have to do with less predators in the colder waters?
