Dear Mrs Lollie,                                                                          1-7-08

Merry (albeit late) Christmas and a happy new year!  i read your entree on Chrismas and new year on the Oden, so a brief overview of my Christmas.  I now have an air fleet, consisting of five air frames and, at most, four planes in the air at once, a rocket with a camera, capable of taking three photos a flight for 18 photos or one 5 second viedio for one flight, and an indoor helicopter.  Also, I got several books, and (unbelivibly) two shirts and some socks.  To add, the big enchalada, A joy stick, Microsoft Flight simulator 2004 (ring a bell?) and Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator, set during WW2.  Enought about this now, lets get to the queston.  The sorms you have dipicted seem very violent. Are there any sea sickness-prone people onboard? Have you adjusted well to life at sea, or are you still trying to get your "sea legs"? Noetheless, I lookm forewarde to seeing you.

From,

Austin Ellsworth

P.S When the P.S appered in my last letter,it was because Micah Wheeler went for two weeks to Krimmel, a public school. Also, I am doing a special project on ice. Do you know what Pykrete is?  If so, when your next letter arrives, please, immerce me.  Good luck with the rest of the voyage.

Hi Austin, sounds like you had a GREAT Christmas!Yes, we have seen some pretty serious storms during this voyage- I have stories to tell about them!!At this writing, I am actually already home. At the time you sent your question, I was beginning my long trip back . But I can tell you that I suprised myself, and did really well for a novice sea-person. I didn't take long to develop sea legs, I think it's taking longer to get my land legs back!!
See you soon, Lollie
