Tell us about McMurdo station.  What's there?

Cody, McMurdo is a busy small, town. There is a lot of industry and science combined. During the winter they average about 200 people, but during the summer, that goes up to about 1000. During the short time I was there, there was always activity going on, with movement in all directions! The thing that impressd me was the diversity of people-from all over the world! And there was work going on 24 hours. The people I met were very friendly, and eager to talk about what they were doing :)Lollie
