Thanks for doing the freezing water experiment. Pretty cool! Why did you start with boiling water? What would happen if the water had been cooler? Would it have frozen then?
We really liked the response about what the dogs eat. It was not what we expected!!! Mr. Carrol said that "there is a subsistence hunt for whales there. When people catch whales, almost everything is eaten, but not all of the blubber (fat)." What knids of foods do they get from the whales. Have you had any whale yet? What did it taste like? Do they use the whales for anything other than food?
What kinds of food are they serving in the cafeteria there? Is it better than the cafeteria food here at Wilson??!!!
