Hi Mike!  I was wondring if you ever got sea sick from being on the Iskatel IV?  And while you were your cabin did you ever get claustrophobic from being in such a small space?

I was lucky this year, and never got more than a little woozy during rough weather.  A little bit of ginger candy was enough to make me feel better!
In fact, I had as much trouble once I returned to shore as I did when we were at sea!  There is a phenomenon affectionately called "dock rock" where your body still feels the rocking of the boat after you are on shore--sometimes for days!  What happens is your balance system (in your inner ear) is late in getting the news that you aren't on the boat anymore.  I've experienced it particularly strongly when I've been walking through fields of tall grass that are swaying in the wind (visually resembling waves on the water.....)
