This question is from Shawn Meacham, Savannah Tobin, and Kenneth Price from 8th period Microelectronics, WSHS. Please refer this to Mr. Micahel Lampert of West Salem High School.

Inspired by your trip to Norway, it is our quest to discover the origins of the term "glacier". Please inform us of its history in comprehensive detail. Your dedication to answering this question is much appreciated.
