walruses!

I found the journal about walruses to be very intrigueing. I was curious to know if you had any encounters with these walruses that may have been dangerous? are they known to be a dangerous animal? Do walruses make sounds? if so, what is it like? what is the reason? how often do they do it? and finally how large is the animal in caparison to you? how close were you?
