This is Keoni from 6th period. Sorry for not contacting you in this past week. I was going to on Tuesday, but soon realized that my praying mantis egg had hatched, and about 100 mantis' on my bed and 100 in my room, that was a difficulty. So, the answers to the quiz...

1 The factors that cause that area to be a tundra are 1 latitude 2 precipitation 3 temperature 4 permafrost. That makes it so only small plants like cotton grass, arctic willow, drosera rotundiflora (the carnivorous plant), and spruce.

2 In a warmer climate, factors that would change are temperature, precipitation, and soil composition. More animals and plants can also colonize the tundra.

3 There are no large trees because the permafrost blocks their roots, and there is little precipitation.
