1.) Are you getting what you wanted out of this trip? If not, what more would you like?

2.) What is the oldest glacier that you have worked on in that region?

Ragon,I think it would have been nice to be with the project for one more week, but I certainly got much of what I wanted!
As far as the oldest glacier ... since a glacier is a river of ice ... the ice is constantly being replenished, just not at the same rate it's being lost. So all glaciers a fairly young by geology standards. So I'm not real sure how old they are, but most have ice that is probably less than a couple hundred thousand years old, and that's pretty young.
