"So……How’s the weather?”… you ask.
It definitely has the feel of winter here. I’m sure you can see from my photos that snow is still everywhere. That is your first clue. The other is the obvious temperature and wind chill from earlier this morning. Check out the pictures. Speaking of the wind, it is a constant up here and you don’t go out with your skin exposed. It’s not that you are going to get frostbite, the wind just has a way of chilling everything it touches. It is relentless.
The past two days have been excellent. Even though it is still cold, the sky has been mostly clear making for very bright conditions. That’s another thing, it’s hard to see without sunglasses. The solar reflection is very high. Believe it or not, you need to wear sunscreen if you are going to be outside for long periods of time.
