We are scheduled to catch a shuttle out Willie Field Airstrip in 45 minutes to fly in a Twin OtterA highly maneuverable utility aircraft developed by de Havilland Canada. It can be flown slowly and in tight circles, and is designed for 20 passengers, short takeoffs and landings, and often used for cargo, passengers, and as a science platform. plane (we are actually the backup flight) to two weather stations that are basically south of us at a latitude of about 80 degrees S.

Who can tell me which two stations we might be going to? What weather conditions are we likely to encounter if the flight actually happens. You can use the AWS website to find out.
