Reconstructing the Past Climate of Central Alaska

I wonder what kind of training is required to become a helicopter pilot in Denali. What an exciting job! When and how did they decide on this occupation?

Hi Ann,I was not able to really chat with a helo pilot during our briefing session. They have a thrilling job that I would imagine is pretty pressure packed especially if it involves the recue of an injured climber. I do know that if it is windy, then their job get a little hair raising.
