Dear Ms. Slaybaugh,
Did you have a nice Thanksgiving? Well, I did! All of my neices and nephews came over. At my house my brother's dog got ran over, but he is ok. Man-it's like a bull pen in here! How is Antarctica? I bet it's fun! Have you seen any penguins yet? We have a new student. His name is Kenny.
Love your red-head, Erica

Hi -
It's nice to hear from you. I had a really nice Thanksgiving and I'm glad you did too. I love being in Antarctica. Every day is something new and the scenery is amazing. I saw quite a few penguins during the first three weeks but I now I mainly see seals. Tell Kenny I said "hi" and I can't wait to meet him. Tell everyone that I said "hello". Talk to you soon.
Cameo :)
