Hi Sue,
Great hearing from you. Kirstin from TREC/ARCUS informed me about your e-mail.
What are you doing? I miss you and all my Hanna students from Brownsville, TX!
I am now working for the school of education at the University of Alaska in Fairbanks . (UAF) http://www.uaf.edu/educ/
I teach pre-service teachers how to teach science :) and in my multicultural and science class I show them some of the video clips from your Hanna physics class. Great memories!
We survived the first Winter here in Fairbanks, AK (-60 F min) and I can tell you all the science experiments about freezing hot water in the air really work. However, most of the time one can go outside and ski or ride a snow machine in Winter (-20F). This summer was/is very hot in Fairbanks (28 F currently). We went canoeing and fishing a lot. Mr. Hoffmann works in Anderson a small school and his students come with ATV's or snowmobiles to school,.... he says hi.
I have teacher students in small rural Alaska Villages to visit like Nome or Kaktovik (see blog site).

Tell me what you are planning in the future.
I would be happy hearing from you.
