Hi Luis! It seems that time changes effect everyone differently, with
some people adapting quickly and others really struggling with the
difference. I probably falling somewhere in between! Every 15 degrees
of longitude is equal to about 1 difference in time zones. There are 4
hours difference between Springs and Alaska, so really when I first get
to Alaska and everyone is ready for dinner, I’m ready for bed! On the
other hand, getting up early is easy as it feels like I got to sleep in.
I’m realizing that consistent exercise, good eating habits and rest
seem to help get my body adjusted faster to the time differences, but
with all the amazing new things I’m experiencing, sometimes it’s hard to
find time to rest!
Take care and stay tuned in!
