Thanks for checking in! I have always thought Antarctica would be a fascinating place to see. I have also been interested in climate change and environmental studies for ages. At a climate change conference at UNH, someone mentioned a program called "Teachers Experiencing Antarctica and the Arctic" - it was my chance to get to work with cutting edge researchers and visit a place I had always been fascinated with - it is a trip of a lifetime! I hope to have many more!
It is SSSOOOOOO cool! The people here are amazing and the things the scientists are studying is fascinating. It is wonderful to be a part of it all!
