Savannah Sparrow Passerculus Sandwichensis!
September 9, 2008 - 3:04pm
How do the savannah sparrow passerculus sandwichensis fly more like an eagle or a bule -j or neither, are their wings short or long, arethey a big bird or a small bird, do they stay in packs or fly alone, do they have web feet like ducks, were they fun to study?
Sincerly, Gabrielle

Yeah Gabby!
The sparrows were fun to watch, but I didn't get to see to many.
They are small tiny birds about as big as your fist. They fly more like a Blue Jay! And their wings aren't very long. They fit with their bodies.
They are like your typical song birds.
No they do not have webbed feet. I only saw them fly by themselves.
Thanks Gabby!
Two questions - Ya hoo!
